Adobe stopped supporting Flash Player on December 31, , and has blocked content from running in Flash Player beginning on January 12, While Prezi Classic was built on Flash, we want to assure you that all of your Classic content will remain safe and accessible. You can read more about the background here.

In anticipation of this and to make sure that the millions of presentations our users have created are safe, we’ve taken the best of our two editors – Prezi Classic and Prezi Next – to provide you with a new experience in Prezi Present.

Built on HTML5, Prezi Present includes most of the Prezi Classic features you know and love and we added some extra functionalities we think you’ll find useful. You’ll be able to seamlessly migrate your content over from Classic to Present and view, convert and edit your Classic presentations or even create presentations that look just like Classic presentations in the Prezi Present editor.

Here are are the main changes implemented in Prezi Present compared to Prezi Classic. We really hope you’ll enjoy the new dashboard and editor experience! All of your existing Prezi Classic content will live in this dashboard, ready for you to view or present at any time. Scroll through your presentations to locate the Prezi Classic presentation you’d like to view or edit or search by name in the search bar on the top.

Navigating the sidebar: The path sidebar displays all your frames and your presentation path. It provides a preview of the order your content and animations will appear and automatically changes to show where you are in your presentation’s structure. You can click on a thumbnail to navigate to specific content and add or remove topics, subtopics and zoom areas, animations, audio or presenter notes to a given frame and change the path settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

Reordering frames: You can click and drag the thumbnails to reorder your presentation steps. Reordering the frames in the sidebar will not change their position on the overview, only the order they are presented in.

Deleting a presentation step from the sidebar will not delete the content included, only the path step itself. Topics: The secret of Prezi Present lies in the ability to create multiple levels within a presentation with the help of topics and subtopics you can zoom into to give depth and structure to your content.

However, if you’d rather go for a layout where all your content is mapped out on the canvas what you’re used to in Prezi Classic , you can also achieve it in Prezi Present. Zoom areas: When converting Classic presentations, your frames are transformed into zoom areas.

A zoom area is an animation that lets you zoom on a particular part of the canvas with your content added there. Zoom areas look like invisible frames in Prezi Classic, but you can easily add a visual frame to your content by adding shapes and lines to the zoom area.

What’s more, we added a fade-out option next to the fade-in animation. All the animations you add to the presentation will be displayed in the path sidebar as well. When editing, you can scroll to zoom in and out on the canvas. To go back to the overview, use the home button on the canvas or from the left sidebar or the back arrow when presenting.

Click on any object to zoom to it while editing or presenting. In Prezi Present, you can add any type of content to the canvas from the Insert menu in the top toolbar, including images, text, videos, icons, shapes and lines, a watermark, charts or items saved to your library. You can customize the look and feel of your presentation from the Style menu in the top toolbar. You can customize the background and the aspect ratio , the topic shapes in case your presentation includes topics , the color scheme and the text style from this menu.

Even though there is no CSS editor in Prezi Present, you can find basically all the settings in the Style menu to make your presentation one of a kind. Navigating through your presentation in Prezi Present is very similar to navigation in Prezi Classic. You can use the arrow keys to go forwards or backwards in your presentation path but you also have the option to click and zoom on anything for a more conversation style of presenting. When presenting from the editor, hit Esc to quit from present mode and return to edit mode.

In Prezi Present, you can also add your presenter notes as reminders that are only visible to you while presenting. You can invite others to collaborate on your presentation with different access right. By choosing Can edit, collaborators can edit, view and comment on your presentation, Can view only lets them to view and present it while Can comment also allows them to add comments to the presentation besides viewing it.

Once you’re done editing, click Share in the top toolbar and select one of the sharing options. A view link is an individual share link private or public you can send to others and also track via Analytics Premium feature.

You can also share your presentation from the Prezi Present dashboard or download it as a portable presentation from the Prezi Present desktop app. Prezi Present also allows you to add narration to your converted Classic presentation and record it as a video with the help of Prezi Video.
