Intel® Gigabit CT Desktop Adapter

I own a Dell XPS from mid My problem started when I upgraded to Windows 10 and all network connections were destroyed. But it occurs to me now that I can disable onboard nic and install an add-in PCIe card and, of course, the logical choice was to look at the Intel cards. I’d love to get my free copy of Windows 10 and I’d love for my network access to function I work from home a couple days a week.

Will I be able to install this card under Windows 7 Home and upgrade to Windows 10 and find appropriate drivers?

Thank you for the post. Yeah, I tried that route. The machine is from and in computer years that’s ancient. Therefore, Dell has not tested it for compliance with Windows 10 and I suspect that they will not force Realtek to update the drivers for this hardware combination. That’s really why I’m considering a separate Ethernet add-in card so I can disable the onboard.

We don’t support this configuration Quite ugly. I’ll wait until an add-in card has WinX drivers. If they are in the works, any idea of the timeframe?

Our latest driver, version I will check on this. For more information on operating system supported by Gigabit CT Adapter, please refer to website below:.

I bought this card 2 months ago. I bought Intel thinking I was getting the best and would have a card that would last. Thanks for replying Sandy. For more complete information about compiler optimizations, see our Optimization Notice.
